Please read this policy carefully. By purchasing a Plan, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

General Conditions for Refund Eligibility Refunds are subject to the specific terms and conditions detailed in your individual Plan agreement. This policy provides a general guideline.

Cancellation and Refund after the Free Look Period If you choose to cancel your Plan after the Free Look Period has expired, you may be eligible for a prorated refund, provided no claim has been made under the Plan. The prorated refund will typically be calculated based on the unexpired term of the Plan, less any applicable administrative fees or cancellation charges as specified in your Plan agreement. If a claim has been made and settled under your Plan, you are generally not eligible for a refund, even if you cancel the Plan before its expiry date.
